Exhibitors

As an exhibitor, you'll have the chance to submit your electronic Press Kits and releases through our Virtual Press Office -- for FREE! Not only does this improve your company's carbon footprint, it extends your message to a global audience.

FREE Virtual Press Office

As part of our ongoing efforts to implement socially and environmentally conscious business practices, we are pleased to continue using the Virtual Press Office for ESC Silicon Valley and Design West 2012.

There will be no paper press kits bins, CDs or flash drives. They have been replaced with an online, virtual press office that is fully integrated into the conference websites.

The VPO will provide media at Design West and around the world online access to your news and press materials. It also offers reporting so that you can see which media has viewed your materials allowing for proactive follow up. Best of all, this wonderful resource is completely free.

Beyond being environmentally friendly, this policy change will ensure your news and press kits receive maximum exposure before, during and after the show. While you are welcome to bring press kits to your booth, we strongly recommend participating in the official Virtual Press Office as it’s the most effective way to reach journalists.

If you are interested in registering for a press pass, please review the required credentials below and be prepared to show media identification and a recently published industry-related article on-site.

Required Credentials for Press & Analysts

To qualify for a complimentary media pass for ESC Silicon Valley, the applicant must cover the industry on a regular basis by writing regular reports or publishing relevant articles on the industry that are not solicited by an exhibiting company and are not confidential. Private consultants who are paid by an individual company are not eligible for a media pass, and should request a pass from the sponsoring company. Additional information on requirements for press and analysts is as follows.
