Customizing Instructions for the Complimentary Expo Pass

HTML Email Template
This is a great way to invite your clients and prospects to your booth at ESC Boston. This template is html-formatted allowing exhibitors to embed the template directly into their email client. In addition, exhibitors can personalize the template by dropping in their company logo and booth number.
Here’s how!

To download the HTML email template:

• Right click on the link below and select “Save link as”:

• Open the file in the program in which you prefer to edit the file (such as Dreamweaver).

• To insert your logo and booth number, scroll to the line of HTML code reading [insert logo or company name here] and [insert booth # here].

• Save the file.

• You may view the file by opening it in a browser. Either select "Open" from the "File" menu or simply drag the file into the browser window.

• You can send this file out via your bulk email deployment system, or you can copy and paste it into the body of an email and send out from your personal account.  Just make sure the HTML image hyperlinks are active.
